Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 
Refunds are not available, but if you for ANY reason are unhappy with your order, please email me elise@inlightinco.com immediately and I will make it right.
Processing / Shipping 
Each body product order is made fresh to order just for you, and  is a one-woman shop, so please allow up to 2-3 days for processing.  ​

 Please also note I am not responsible for the order once it is in the care of USPS or UPS.  

Shipping is FREE for all order over $75.
